Dubai's Viral Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate Bar

A hundred-gram moulded bar with a filling of kunafa strands toasted in ghee and folded through pistachio. It snaps, and then a beat later it crunches — which is the whole point, and the part most versions get wrong.

Two to choose from. Dark is the less sweet of the pair and lets the cocoa lead; white is creamier and pushes the pistachio forward. The filling is the same in both.

Net weight 100 g per bar. Contains wheat, tree nuts, milk and soy. Storage refrigerate before consumption; store at or below 20°C in a cool, dry place.
