What makes Younani different from your other pistachio baklava?
It is drier and less sweet. Younani is a Jordanian style — brushed with syrup rather than soaked in it, so the pastry stays brittle and the pistachio does the talking.
How does it arrive?
In a gold-foil gift box, each piece set on a silver-lined tray so nothing shifts in transit. 700 g net, 45-day shelf life.

Does it need refrigeration?
No. Keep it cool, dry and out of direct sun and it holds for 45 days from packing. Refrigerating actually hurts it — the pastry loses its crunch.
Is it suitable for a pure-vegetarian household?
Yes. 100% vegetarian, made with pure cow ghee, and Sattvik Certified — the first maker of Mediterranean desserts in India to hold it. It contains wheat, milk and tree nuts.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
Yes — enter their address at checkout and add a card message. Nothing in the box shows a price. For 50 boxes or more going to different addresses, our gifting desk handles the split.
