The same family as phyllo, pushed through a fine comb into hair-thin strands. We wind it into nests, so it shatters into crunchy threads instead of breaking in layers.
How many people does a box serve?
Two nests each is a generous dessert, so 16 pieces serves about eight. 30 suits a family get-together, and 72 is for parties.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. Keep it cool, dry and out of direct sun and it holds for 45 days from packing. Refrigerating actually hurts it — the pastry loses its crunch.
Is it suitable for a pure-vegetarian household?
Yes. 100% vegetarian, made with pure cow ghee, and Sattvik Certified — the first maker of Mediterranean desserts in India to hold it. It contains wheat, milk and tree nuts.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
