Which size should I pick?
250g is a great first box or a small gift. 500g suits a family, and 1kg is for parties and office treats.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. Keep it cool, dry and out of direct sun and it holds for 45 days from packing. Refrigerating actually hurts it — the pastry loses its crunch.
Is it suitable for a pure-vegetarian household?
