How much pistachio is in it?
A lot. Pistachio is the main filling in every layer, so the green shows clearly when you cut a piece.
Which size should I pick?
250g works as a gift or a treat for two to three people. 500g is for sharing at home, and 1kg is for gatherings and big families.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. Keep it cool, dry and out of direct sun and it holds for 45 days from packing. Refrigerating actually hurts it — the pastry loses its crunch.
Is it suitable for a pure-vegetarian household?
Yes. 100% vegetarian, made with pure cow ghee, and Sattvik Certified — the first maker of Mediterranean desserts in India to hold it. It contains wheat, milk and tree nuts.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
